SHIPPING POLICY
Kim's Gems Jewelry ships both inside and out of the United States. All packages are shipped USPS First Class or Express Mail. Depending upon your shipping choice, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. All packages are insured.
Packages shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada will be shipped USPS Global Priority. In most cases insurance is not available on these packages. Please allow ten (10) days for delivery. Kim's Gems will not be responsible for any customs or additional fees associated with your global order.
In case of back orders or out of stock items Kim's Gems will contact you via: email or telephone (if provided) with estimated delivery dates and options.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to fall in love with Kim's Gems Jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly receive your request for refund or exchange within five (5) days of delivery to you. However, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All items must be unused and in new condition. Please contact us by email or telephone prior to your request for a refund.
