If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly recieve your request for refund or exchange within five (5) days of delivery to you. However shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If your jewelry should need to be repaired due to our workmanship within five (5) days of delivery to you, simply return it with all original pieces and packaging and we will repair it and ship it back to you at no additional cost.
